  一、主要履历及经历
        1994年毕业于北京农业大学,获学士学位;2001年,获中国农业大学生物学院农学博士学位。2001年8月-2006年1月,中国农业科学院生物技术研究所工作,期间,于2003年2月-2003年6月,法国国家科学研究中心访问。2006年2月-2013年8月,先后在美国亚利桑那大学农学院和美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校药学院从事博士后研究工作。
       
二、研究领域
        利用新的技术和方法发现对农业和医学有重要价值的微生物天然产物;研究微生物天然产物多聚酮和非核糖体多肽的生物合成及其调控机制;利用重组酶生物合成新的生物活性物质。研究结果对于了解微生物天然产物对植物的调控作用;病原菌通过天然产物诱导的作物致病机理;发现新的微生物活性物质用于预防和防治农作物病害;创造可以在农业、工业以及医药上应用的新型化合物等方面具有重要的价值。
        先后主持过国家自然科学基金项目“细菌调控蛋白MphR突变体与酚类污染物互作的分子机理研究”和国家863计划项目“运动发酵单胞菌发酵途径中乙醇合成等相关重要功能基因的研究”等课题。获得2004年度法国法中促进科学技术研究协会(AFCRST)陈氏兄弟生物技术奖。
        研究成果分别发表在Nature子刊 Nature Chemical Biology、Cell子刊 Chemistry & Biology、Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences、Journal of the American Chemical Society和Angewandte Chemie-International Edition等国际著名期刊上。
